PhD Research Manager is a research management platform designed for PhD candidates, researchers, and their supervisors. The Service provides tools for tracking research activities, managing literature, writing manuscripts, storing files, and collaborating with team members.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Termination

You may request export of your data before account termination. After termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PhD Research Manager, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or research work.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PhD Research Manager and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before the new terms take effect.
